UDL
UDL series stepless speed variators
UDL planetary friction variators provide smooth speed adjustment while running, with a regulation range of 1:1.4 to 1:7. Motor power covers 0.18 to 7.5 kW, with an aluminium alloy (UDL) or cast iron (UD) housing. The variator is supplied on its own or combined with a gear reducer for low output speeds.

- Ub-3x oil (ATF Dexron equivalents); first change after 2000 h, then every 5000 h; level at 2/3 of the sight glass
- Operating conditions
- ambient up to 40 °C; not for overload or stall duty; adjust speed only while running
