1. Who processes the data
The data controller is Hangzhou Yuqiu Machine Co., Ltd. (杭州誉球机械有限公司), Jiangdong Industrial Park, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Contact for personal data questions: show (JavaScript required).
2. What data we receive
Through the request form: your name, e-mail or phone number, message text and the equipment series if you came from a product page.
Automatically when the form is sent: time of sending, page language, browser details (User-Agent) and an irreversibly encrypted fingerprint of your IP address — the IP address itself is not stored. This protects the form from spam and abuse.
Through Yandex Metrica: anonymised visit data — pages, navigation, clicks, mouse movement and scrolling (Session Replay), device and browser type, approximate location and referral source. Metrica uses cookies.
3. Why
Form data is used only to answer your request: selecting equipment, preparing a quote and contacting you about that request. We do not send newsletters and do not pass data to third parties for advertising.
Yandex Metrica data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve it.
4. Legal basis
Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box before sending. The form cannot be sent without consent — you can contact us by the phone or e-mail shown on the site instead.
5. Who receives the data
A form request is forwarded by e-mail to the manufacturer’s sales department in China and to its representative. By sending the form you agree to this transfer, including cross-border transfer.
Visit data is processed by Yandex LLC under its privacy policy (yandex.com/legal/confidential).
6. How long it is kept
Request e-mails are kept in the recipients’ mailboxes as long as needed to handle your request. Retention of Yandex Metrica data is determined by Yandex.
7. Cookies
The site uses a technical session cookie needed to protect the form; it is deleted when you close the browser. Yandex Metrica sets its own statistics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
8. Security
The site uses the secure HTTPS protocol.
9. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to show (JavaScript required). We will reply within 10 working days.
